At Clarity Legal Group®, we’re honored to work with families navigating the complex world of special needs planning. We understand how deeply personal this journey is, and how critical it is to ensure that loved ones with special needs are supported for a lifetime.

Our work goes beyond drafting Special Needs Trusts. At Clarity Legal Group, we guide families through the process of creating a comprehensive plan for their loved one with Special Needs… tailored to them and their particular situation. Our highly tailored special needs planning allows parents and guardians to provide future financial support without affecting eligibility for government benefits. We also help structure gifts, inheritances, and long-term care planning in ways that are thoughtful, legal, and sustainable.
