As Director of Operations at Clarity Legal Group, Heather Reidinger plays a vital role in ensuring the firm operates efficiently and delivers exceptional service to our clients. With a strong background in leadership, strategic planning, and professional development, Heather brings a wealth of experience in managing teams, analyzing complex systems, and fostering meaningful client relationships.

Before joining Clarity Legal Group, Heather spent over two decades in education and administration, serving as a principal, assistant principal, professional development leader, and high school English teacher. Her experience in analyzing data, guiding teams, and improving organizational effectiveness allows her to create streamlined processes that enhance both the client and staff experience. Heather’s passion for helping others is evident in her commitment to creating an office environment that is welcoming, organized, and responsive to client needs.

Heather holds a Master of School Administration from Western Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from North Carolina State University. Her extensive experience in coaching, strategic planning, and problem-solving makes her a valuable asset to our team.

When she’s not keeping Clarity Legal Group running smoothly, Heather enjoys hiking, kayaking, fly fishing, gardening, blues dancing, learning all she can about everything, winning at pub trivia, and spending time with her friends and loved ones.
