About Kelleigh Smith
Experience
Kelleigh has more than 30 years of professional experience in charitable giving, marketing, nonprofit development, and public relations. This includes almost 20 years as a major gifts development officer fundraising for medical research, healthcare, and higher education. Kelleigh joined Clarity Legal Group® as a Paralegal with charitable giving expertise, and now serves as Clarity’s community engagement specialist. She graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Industrial Relations.
Personal
Kelleigh is originally from Wilmington, NC, and grew up playing at what was then a little-known beach: Wrightsville Beach. After graduating from UNC, Kelleigh lived in New York City for many years, eventually returning to the Triangle just in time for a major ice storm! She enjoys spending time with her two rescue dogs (Henrietta and Otis), reading, collecting recipes (that she rarely cooks), and watching Masterpiece Mystery.
